Experience Lab
Last year in collaboration with a group of service designers we ran an event in Haskoning called the Experience Lab. The event consisted of two rounds of various workshops, all exploring the theme of “experiences” and how they can guide us in our work to be more connected to our customers and lead to more meaningful, lasting and successful products.
For this event I had the pleasure of hosting an empathy mapping workshop for two different personas. Our focus was on exploring improvements for a new ERP system as Haskoning is in the process of migrating from one system to another. Through exploring the user personas and relating to their every day lives, struggles and challenges, the participants could help identify key areas of improvement and also have a lot of fun along the way. Methods of participation included clippings from newspapers and magazines, post-its and candid selfies with a instant camera.
