Description
Empathy mapping workshop with colleagues to improve an internal ERP system. Through exploring multiple user personas and relating to their every day lives, struggles and challenges, the participants could help identify key areas of improvement as the company is looking to migrate from one ERP system to another.

Young person in a workshop
Storyboards placed on a wall

Description
Co-creation workshop with our target audience (young people). We were looking to integrate an improved online learning platform into a range of existing offerings. To do this in the most impactful way we travelled across the UK speaking to young people in youth centres to understand how they are currently being helped, what motivates them, what do their days and challenges looked like. We asked them to create their own personas and then mapped out in a storyboard-fashion potential use cases for how the new online platform could help them.

Service design user journey
Service design user journey

Description
To best understand how the improved online learning platform would fit into the existing workflow for both our target audience and the frontline workers of the charity, we mapped out multiple service design experience maps for both frontline works and our target audience (young people). We looked at how the current situation is and created “as is” journeys to understand the pain points and looked at how we would like the future situation to be to create “to be” journeys. We also did a wide range of interviews with staff and young people to create a persona deck for group.

Female leading a workshop
People at a workshop

Description
A user persona workshop run by myself and two other colleagues to engage the Aquasuite product team and get them thinking about their end users. The participants were a mix of sales staff, product owners, product managers, developers and domain experts. The participants were split into teams and asked to come up with a persona for the Aquasuite product line. These personas were later transferred to a digital format and shared with the entire team for inspiration. Over the following years I also did numerous interviews with Aquasuite clients and created a fully-fledged persona deck for each time of user which was used by development teams when considering new features and improvements.
