When RoyalHaskoningDHV rebranded themselves to Haskoning, it was an excellent opportunity to create a digital design system and a digital application style guide for the company. Before this project each application was created in isolation, creating many different styles across the entire company.

I analysed examples of existing applications across the company and create a design system based on Google Material 3 guidelines. I also created templates and design mockup examples as well as a style guide.I communicated ideas and updates via Miro boards, Teams channels and meetings to give developers opportunities to ask questions, provide feedback and gather additional requirements.  

The result was a comprehensive design system for the entire orgnisation to be used by developers when creating and updating applications. Also a style guide was created as well as templates and interactive prototypes with design mockup examples to show the design system in action. Everything was created with accessibility guidelines in mind.
