During my time at Haskoning I was involved in the creation & re-development of numerous engineering products that facilitated the work of our engineers and removed manual labour from their daily work, enabling them to be more efficient & productive with their time.

The projects would often involve ideation & brainstorming sessions at the start of the project and requirements gathering via interviews and workshops. Then I would proceed with some fast prototyping and mockups and validate ideas via user testing and feedback gathering methods. This would enable the Product Owners to start breaking down the work into user stories and start involving development while I finalised the designs.

I would also work closely with the development teams to ensure a smooth development and we would often build the products in iterations and stages to enable for a faster launch to bring quicker value to our users.
